    When I was first assigned, I was involved in an inexperienced task as a team. It is an unforgettable episode that we finally won the trust of our customers by working together as a team to face each issue and continue to produce results.

    In recent years, more and more automobiles have been developed using advanced technology. It is necessary to keep learning to keep up with the changing times, but as a person in charge, I am happy when I see cars that I was involved in developing in action.

  • Build an environment and systems that make
    it easy for engineers to work

    Our company members are experienced engineers, including management. The president and management are friendly and easy to talk to, and I like the open corporate culture.

    Since we are still a young company, the scale is small and there are some systems in development.

    I would like to build a system that allows employees to be fairly evaluated, and aim to be a company where each and every employee finds their hard work worthwhile.

  • My hobbies

    My hobbies are gardening and aquarium. In gardening, I mainly grow ornamental plants.

    Recently, I have been putting a lot of effort into aquariums. I have just started, but I have started keeping various tropical fish and shrimps and am doing trial and error every day.

    I've only built a small freshwater tank so far, but I'd like to build a saltwater tank someday and grow some coral in it.
